Forlorn

Ever see someone and get that feeling that there is something wrong about them?  You can’t put your finger on it but you know.  There’s something about them that bothers you.  In this painting, she is in love with the man in the tower.  From his point of view, she seems like him.  However, how he reacts to her difference is how he interprets if the “wrongness” about her is something he can’t live with.
