So many people think that the solution to dealing with internal demons is direct action. Sometimes, a simple hug is all that is needed. A hug tells a person that you care about them. No words. No grand gestures. A soft connection that far exceeds any words. The hug. The touch. Paying attention to them. All these simple gestures take little effort but could mean the world to them. Let them know you care. Hug them once in a while.
