Think about it. In most people’s mind, there seems to be some idea that they need to be working all of the time or they are failing. Falling behind the others and never catching up. The culture of being busy all of the time is looked upon as making someone seem that they are important. A “go-getter” as people say. However, this is a fallacy. Working all of the time with no rest eventually decays your ability to maintain a certain level of ability. Rest is important. It helps your mind clear itself and new ideas are bound to come.
