When we reach for something, the important part is that we try. We may fail. We may succeed. It doesn’t matter. The act of reaching means that we are going out of our comfort zone and trying something new. In both situations, there is growth. We’ll learn something new that we can use in the future. Growth doesn’t happen for the ones who are content and do not strive for new experiences or knowledge. They are also the ones who have trouble adapting when things change.
