We all have goals that we want to achieve. We practice. We study. We plan. We mentally and physically prepare for that goal. Once that goal is completed, there will always be another one after that… and after that… and so on. Expertise is the subsequent achievement of harder and harder goals. To really achieve growth, the next goal must be harder. Although it is satisfying to repeat the same goal over and over, growth will not happen. This is true purpose of the goal.
