Importance of Layouts
A layout is a wonderful way to explore a person, place or situation in more detail with multiple aspects being taken into account. During this process, the reader pulls more than one card at a time to create the bigger picture for the reading, or layout. We have included a few suggested layouts for you to use in order to gain more clarity within the placement of the cards. Each card placement within a layout has a predetermined area in which it will be placed, giving that card a specific intention for it’s interpretation. Much like a map, the layout titles can always be referred back to, reminding you where you are, what you are looking for and where you are headed. This keeps the reader from getting sidetracked during a reading with multiple cards.
Below are a few examples of layouts you can try and use as you begin your journey with the cards. You may like using a couple or enjoy using them all as you play and become more confident in your abilities. You may even begin creating your own layouts. As you become more comfortable you can tailor layouts to your specific questions.

Life Path Layout
This layout contains eleven cards with four different alternate cards that can be applied into the #6 middle card within the center of the layout. The first five cards drawn are the Qualities of Current Life Path. These 5 cards provide insights into: Career, Home, Health, Relationships and Outcome. The 6th card will remain in the middle and talks about what overall Changes Need to be Incorporated. With the central #6 card there are four specific options you can draw to give you individual changes to be implemented for each field (A, B, C, D). These last five cards talk about the Shift If Changes Applied and relate to the following insights: Shifted Career, Shifted Home, Shifted Health, Shifted Relationships and Outcome Shifted. The last cards drawn or cards #7-11 will tell you the outcome or Changes Implemented to Impact Life Path.
Using Layouts for Readings on People, Places or Situations
If you are reading for a person, first get permission to read that individual to support them with this system. Next, ask them what intentions they have for the reading or what questions they have.
Find a flat surface like a table, bed, the floor or other space.
Choose a suggested reading layout to follow from this booklet based on the feedback you received from the person. If you have your own card layout already, feel free to use the one best for you and this reading.
Place the cards in your right hand facing your chest and heart area. With your left hand, make a fist and knock on the back of the deck 3 times to clear them of any energy from past usage and readings. You can clear them using different means.
Begin shuffling the deck with your left hand as you concentrate on your intentions for your reading or questions you have for the cards. Shuffle the cards at least 5 times or more.
With your right hand, pick up the deck and place the cards facing down. Cut the deck with your left hand once towards you.
Now pick up the deck with your right hand, still facing down and begin fanning them out.
Using your right hand, begin choosing the cards that speak to you or those you are drawn to. If you have not feelings either way on which ones to choose, just begin picking cards – the cards you choose are the ones meant to be revealed for the reading.
Lay them out on the surface in front of you based on the layout you choose. You may flip them right-side up to reveal their images or wait till you have completed the layout to flip them all over.
Look over the cards that are revealed and tune into what their images mean to you. Discuss or notate this information first before diving into the meanings in the book.
Find the corresponding images in the booklet provided and continue with the reading.
