We would love to be successful all of the time. It would make many things easier. However, failure is key to our growth and is necessary. The downside to this is the situation where we fail all of the time. Frustration will set in and, without success, it becomes too much and we give up. So, that means that there needs to be a balance. Just hard enough to occasionally fail but easy enough to be successful.
