Opinions. Everyone has one. It doesn’t matter whether the opinion is correct, based on fact, based on biases or just made up. They are right and you need to be corrected if your opinion doesn’t agree with theirs. When confronted with something that does not agree with their thoughts or opinions, they immediately get defensive and try to tell you that you are wrong. You are now personally attacking them and not the opinion, itself. You can’t change the mind of someone who will continuously argue their point. Is it worth the effort to do it?
